How does laser engraving work and how long does it last?

If you look closely, laser engraving isn't actually engraving in the traditional sense, as the surface remains completely untouched. The special laser changes the pigments in the plastic, making the lettering visible without being raised or recessed.

Why is the process so sustainable?

Most plastic products are Digital and pad printing processes are used. We're familiar with this from ballpoint pens, lighters, and cell phone cases. Working with ink and solvents generates a lot of waste, and the materials are often harmful to health and of fossil origin.

We therefore opted for a special laser process that requires no inks, solvents, and minimal wear parts. These very reasons make our laser engraving more sustainable than other processes.

How long does personalization take?

Once we receive your order, we'll review your personalization and engrave the cone. Shipping via Deutsche Post and delivery via mailbox, your order will arrive within 3-4 business days.
